Special rates:-
- Christmas/New Year/Carnaval - $2500 for 7 nights minimum then High Season rate.

Terms and Conditions
- Prices not negotiable.
- Minimum stay 4 days.
- Minimum 50% deposit required on booking and remainder paid 10 days before arrival.
- Payment Options:-
- Credit card using PayPal (add 4% booking fee)
- MoneyBookers Transfer.
- Bank transfer (guest pays transfer charges - free from Citibank or Bradesco accounts).
- Direct bank deposit in Brazil or UK.
- Maximum 12 people with no more than 10 adults (over 16).
- No pets.
- In addition to the rental, electricity usage is charged at R$0.57 per kWh (based on AMPLA charges at 30% ICMS) - meter read after arrival and on departure.
- A 20% damage deposit is required with final payment. This will be refunded less electricity costs and any damages after departure. Deposit will be taken/refunded via Paypal or Moneybookers in applicable countries to avoid charges, otherwise via bank transfer (guest pays charges).
- Arrive after 2:00 pm and depart before 11:00 am.
